The paper analyzes the coping mechanisms used for successful implementation and permits the solving of migrant problems. Adaptation of migrants is nonuniform impact on the socioeconomic
development of the country. Positive adaptation of migrants directly affects the labor market, the economic development,
the increased labor mobility, contributing to economic growth. Sociocultural Transformation migrant ensures sustainable development of the society. |
