The approach differences come from linguistic nuances, inspiration difference of the organization model of local government system - French or Anglo-Saxon, as well as taking into account the institutional actors participating in the cooperation. In the multitude of definitions and approaches, the most prominent researchers of IMC area, such as R. Hertzog, P. Swianiewicz, K. Davey and M. Balducci have identified and defined the range of issues that define and elucidate the specific characteristics of inter-municipal cooperation concept. |
