In this article the author tries to do a study on the contribution of French scientists - Montesquieu and Rousseau, Germany - Kant, and Hegel in power and power relations research, theoretical and methodological importance of their contemporary study of power and power relations. The study of these problems is of great significance for the Republic of Mol-dova passed to the democratization of society, building the rule of law. It is ne-cessary to further develop knowledge on power, finding the most effective ways for harmonizing powers. Keywords: power, political power, state power, the social contract, popular sovereignty. |
