Rezumat

It's a new generation of teachers need to be prepared to cope with change but to promote, as long as the main ability of the teacher would have thought of such prospective. By comparison with the past, when people sought to extend inter-relationships with organizations, jobs, today we are witnessing a trend of increased instability. Education should cope with this instability that characterized the society in which we live. The training programs are aimed at broadening the professional knowledge so that teachers in secondary education to meet the changes required to design and implement teaching curriculum approach. Issues covered during these training courses are knowledge of current issues teacher discipline; prove the capabilities needed to design, organize, conduct and evaluation of teaching. Studies so far on the use of training programs for adults and preferences expressed by those who are directly interested, most tend to show positive appreciate the usefulness of these forms of training as a chance for someone to build a career. Curricular analysis captures a significant tendency among young people pre-qualified, as may be more mobile in terms of outplacement, but there is a need articulation training system continues with education and initial training.
