Rezumat

The State respects and takes care of intimate, private and familiar life of people. The family and the peace in a house are the most precious values for a woman or man. For all they need the support and the protection of all the people who are around them, namely of the members of the family, With such „ingredients” they succeed in making and a relationship which offers them stability, esteem and recognition, and last but not least, protection. The family must be the source of joy and relaxation, nor a military conflict zone, because of the simplest motif: the society can’t interfere in the private life of family life. Privacy is a fundamental human right that underpins human dignity and other values such as freedom of association and freedom of speech. It has become one of the most important human rights of the modern age, being recognized around the world in various regions and cultures. It is protected in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and in many other international and regional human rights treaties.
