In the present article the author is drawing attention to the fact that in the latest years there has essentially grown a tendency in the growth of the number of reclamations in court concerning the discounts between persons involved in economic activity. The growth of the number of law suits in economic courts is, especially, determined by the complicated economic situation, by the low payment capacity of natural persons and individual entrepreneurs; and in some cases – by the bankruptcy state of economic enterprises.This conclusion is accompanied by an example from the judiciary practice of Republic of Belarusi and solutions in order to improve the situation.
