The special juridical object of passive corruption offence consists of social relations, the normal formation, deployment and development, which impose an honest, correct, fair behavior of every person in a service responsibility position, in service relations with citizens, as well as the prestige, authority, credibility of authority, institution, state body, the unit where the official is carrying out his/her activity. |
