The disclosure of the content of intellectual property reciprocal relations with the Internet needs to be approached exclusively with the development and influence of this network over social relations. These are the most essential and specific moments of the study object we have proposed to research.As any other phenomenon, the Internet is in the process of development. Proceeding from this, during the research we have to realize how this process is running. In order to capture the essence of relations settlement linked to the usage of the World Wide Web, the target of our research is not only the analysis of the history of development of this phenomena, but also the way it works.The analysis of the Internet system allows us to draw the following conclusions. From the point of view of the material structure, the Internet is a little bit decentralized, because there is a reduced number of electronic channels for information exchange between countries. However, as far as its logical structure is concerned, it is a system with the highest level of centralization and hierarchy settlement. In the centre of this system there are located well known root servers, controlling which means controlling The World Wide Web.
