| Rezumat | ||||||
The legal features of the dialogue on the organization of educational work in penitentiary institutions and the creation of appropriate conditions conducive to the correction of the convict are studied. Taking into account the peculiarities of understanding and interpretation in national and international law, the concepts of “probation institution” are correlated. A number of conclusions are formulated to enhance the implementation in the national legislation of the ideas of alternative sanctions and post-penitentiary assistance to offenders. |
