| Rezumat | ||||||
European integration is a strategic course of Ukraine enshrined in the Constitution, which provides systematic and effective work of all state institutions to harmonize laws and regulatory documents. Reasonable ways of European integration in Ukraine: WTO-oriented, or aimed at maximum international unification of requirements in all spheres; EU-oriented, or aimed at maximum convergence with EU legislation; nationally oriented, or the selection of national interests of Ukraine as guidelines and benchmarks for the construction of national legislation. Based on such methodological positions, the reform of the national legislation should take place only in accordance with the national interests of Ukraine, accompanied by the necessary transitional periods and adequate protection mechanisms, and aimed at sustainable development. |
