The role of the administrative control of the activities of the administrativeterritorial system, concerns first of all the decrease of the influence on the territorial autonomy. The administrative control is one of the ways of controlling, to which the activities of the administrative-territorial system are subjected to, and which are built on legal and constitutional regulations. The administrative control is named so because it is executed in the field of administrative system by the administrative authorities. The whole activity of the administrative-territorial system is composed and executed through the administrative regulations, acts and deeds whose quality determines the efficiency of the administrative-territorial system. Though it has a high level of autonomy, her whole activity is subjected to political, administrative and judicial control. In order to have an efficient activity of the administrative-territorial system, the control should assure the checking of the legality of the regulations, also that it prescience will be applied correctly, efficiently and that they should correspond to the real requests of the social ruling relationships. The control is a tool through which it is determined the way of acting of the regulation and its compatibility with the purpose of the law for which it was promulgated.
