Media education is a relatively new but rapidly growing core competence with global importance, which is included in the priority agendas of the states, as well as of the Republic of Moldova. An important part of media literacy is digital skills and competences, which are becoming a growing priority. In 2021, UNDP Moldova launched the “Accelerate the Digital Transformation in the Public Sector Project”, which is expected to serve as a platform for advancing the Digital Agenda of the Republic of Moldova, as well as to facilitate the inclusive digital transformation that takes into account gender, age, vulnerability and division in digital access and digital literacy. |
