Rezumat

Medical professor must be appeared himself through his personality and professional skills, and this factor will appropriate him to „so called” „ideal of personality”, according to necessities and expectations of the modern society, collegues and their students, and these needs and expectations we may find in the sphere of european educational society. With the help of formative experiment we avoid the disaccordance between the personal characteristics and the medical University teacher’s motivation of development i.e. there were put away internal conflicts and the adequate motivation for improvement it was established. With the help of psyhopedagogic program which was elaborated, in the process of training, there were registered considerable improvements in the medical university teacher’s image, its quality and structure.
