| Rezumat | ||||||
This paper aims to identify a series of explanatory models of social competence and a group of skills that provides an assertive behavior and social performance. Social phobia is presented as poor development of social competence, so we intend to outline a set of creative strategies for training social competence in young people and reducing the effects of social phobia in individual’s psychosocial life. |
