In this article the factors of education, personal characteristics and actions, the style of dialogue of the teacher, provoking children on reciprocal aggressive behavior will be formulated. Further the primary goals and methods of work of the school psychologist with teachers for the development of mutual relations with aggressive children will be designated. And also social - psychological training for the development of mutual relations in the school environment through mastering of concrete practical skills will be offered.
