Currently, the profession of psychologist is one, for which people have great expectation. To meet this expectation, the psychologist must have theoretical and practical knowledge, communicative, applicative abilities, organizational skills, analytical, pedagogical and self-regulation aptitudes, etc. Accumulation of the above skills, formation of the professional abilities and development of the psychologist’s personal qualities need the psychologist’s insistence and awareness of his/her responsibility towards the society’s expectations. Thus, each specialist has an obligation of self-learning, self-evaluation and self-development. The methodological and scientific activity with the practicing psychologists in Chisinau is carried out by CDR “Armonie” of General Department of Education, Youth and Sports. It is aimed to the advancement of the psychologist’s professionalism through organization of the theoretical and practical workshops, conferences, psychologists’ counseling in the troublesome situations.
