The famous novelist and playwright, Ion Druta, has launched himself as a poet when publishing the book Ingerul supravietuirii (The Angel of survival) in year 2011 in Bucharest. The author calls his lyrics „Christian ballads”. Ion Druta attacks in a highly critical manner all the aspects of the Moldovan contemporary life: social-political, spiritual, ethical, Christian etc.; he even enters polemics with the Creator himself. Being a greater Bible interpreter, the author frequently uses biblical phrases, the Ten Commandments of the Lord. According to Druta, the book is „full of anxieties and fears, it is very personal and intimate”. |
