Principalele aspecte abordate în prezentul articol în contextul politicii faţă de romi a guvernului Ion Antonescu sunt: singularizarea politicii faţă de romi a guvernului Ion Antonescu – recensământul secret al romilor din toate zonele României, în cazul nostru recensământul secret al romilor din Basarabia; etapele deportării romilor din Basarabia în Transnistria în perioada anilor 1942–1944; categoriile de romi deportaţi – nomazi şi sedentari; condiţiile de trai ale romilor deportaţi în Transnistria.

В контексте политики по отношению к ромам в период деятельности правительства Иона Антонеску главными аспектами, исследованными в данной статье, являются следующие: секретная перепись ромов во всех регионах Румынии, в том числе и в Бессарабии; этапы депортации ромов из Бессарабии в Транснистрию в 1942–1944 гг.; категории депортированных ромов – кочующие и оседлые; их бытовые условия в Транснистрии.

This article investigates in Roma policy context of Antonescu's Government according to the following aspects: the secret census of Roma from Romania, inclusively the Roma people from Bessarabia; stages of Bessarabian Roma deportation to Transnistria in the period of 1942–1944; Roma deported categories – nomadic and sedentary; life conditions of deported Roma.
