The relevance of this research is caused, fi rst of all, by theoretical and practical importance of the problems related to socio-legal nature of the Declaration of Independence. They in turn form the basis of the Republic of Moldova state, which we associate with the appearance of the Republic Moldova on the world political map, and in addition with a variety of ways of conceptualizing the specifi city and content of this socio-legal phenomenon, as well as the place and role of the Declaration of Independence in the system of sources of law. Simultaneously this research represents a possibility to foresight the possible interpretations, while at the same time the abstract, one-sided arguments concerning the aspects related to democratization of our society and strengthening of the Moldovan statehood. |
