Associated migraine in patients with neurocognitive dysfunctions Detailed study of all clinical data in patients with neurocognitive dysfunctions and associated migraine gives essential information about the patient’s neurological status. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in these two groups of patients. This trial allows understanding the interrelations of cognitive disorders with migraine and the physiopathology of headache in both groups of patients. It will help to define the algorithm of evaluation the patient’s status for optimal treatment.

Studiul detaliat a tuturor datelor la pacienţii cu tulburări neurocognitive cu / fără migrenă asociată relevă o imagine clară despre statutul neurologic al bolnavului. Rezultatele prezentei analize demonstrează prezenţa unor deosebiri în aceste două categorii de bolnavi. Studiul a permis înţelegerea legităţilor interrelaţiei migrenei şi a tulburărilor cognitive, precum şi elucidarea fiziopatologiei cefaleei la ambele grupe de pacienţi. Aceasta va servi drept ajutor în aprecierea adecvată a evaluării stării pacientului pentru stabilirea tratamentului optimal.
