Scopul acestei lucrări a fost studierea aspectelor etiopatogenetice şi de diagnostic a bolii la pacienţii cu duodenite erozive în asociere cu hepatitele cronice de diferită etiologie şi cu diferit grad de activitate a procesului inflamator hepatic. S-a determinat că factori de risc în dezvoltarea duodenitei erozive la pacienţii cu hepatite cronice de diversă etiologie sunt: sexul masculin, vîrsta peste 40 de ani şi gradul înalt de diseminare a mucoasei cu Helicobacter pylori reprezintă.
