Rezumat

Education-is a National priorityin Moldova.The educational system in the Republic of Moldova is characterized by multiple innovative processes. The main goal still remains the multilateral development of the individual, discovery of his creative potential. In the context of adopting the pedagogy of the competences, the process of formation of the cultural-artistic competences is of interest, insured by the integration of the subject from the curriculum – Arts. The discipline orientation contradicts with the supposed system. This fact hinders the child from developing in multiple dimensions. We forward the problem of re-conceptualization of the educational curriculum. The finality of these competences – being the education of the judging capacity of the subject, as a product of the artistic organization, which ultimately insures the understanding of the artistic culture, appreciation of the importance to express creatively the ideas, experiences and emotions through different media, including music, body language, literature and plastic arts. The quality of education,largely determine thequality of life andcreate opportunitiestorealize fullcapabilitiesof every citizen.In thiscontext,allnational policiesunderlines, the importance ofthe cultural dimension andthe need to promoteartistic andcreativeabilitiesof young people.
