Исходя из широкого характера вопроса, мы представим лишь теоретические проблемы генерируемые сложностью определением военных конфликтных ситуациях и применяемого закона к ним.</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Within the content of the present study we propose ourselves to analyze and to present in an analytical form the obstacles and impediments which stand in the way of an efficient implementation of the norms of International Humanitarian Law and some solutions proposed by the experts in domain. Being a wide field of investigations, we will focus on the problems brought out buy the determination of the essence and the categories of the contemporary armed conflicts and of the norms of international humanitarian law which will be applied within this.</description>
