The research carried out includes the results obtained for 9 lavender clone varieties included in the CCC in the third year of vegetation, which were evaluated according to indications that influence the raw material harvest. The study of the quantitative characters showed that the evaluated genotypes were manifested by well-developed plants that form a large number of floral stems, inflorescences with long floral spike and a large number of whorls on the floral spike. With an increased content of essential oil in the third year of vegetation, clone varieties appeared: Fr.5S-8-24 with 6,082, Alba 7-5,784% and Fr. 8-5-15V-5.632% (dry The production of essential oil is higher by 26.1 kg / ha for the clone variety Fr.5S8-24 compared to the control variety Alba 7, and the yield is higher by 4.1 kg / t. Two new varieties of lavender were created: Svetlana (Fr.5S8-24) and Favoare (Fr.8-5-15V) with valuable quantitative characters.
