The article deals with the specifics of Russian preschool education. These principles of managing a preschool educational organization at the present stage outline the problems of the managerial activity of the head of the kindergarten. The conditions for increasing the efficiency of the process of professional development of the head of a preschool educational organization in connection with the adoption of a professional standard have been identified. |
