| Rezumat | ||||||
The article examines the main elements of the state strategic policy of innovative development. The author proves that the state should assume the main role of managing innovative transformations. It is concluded that only the system of strategic state planning and management, based on its state organization capabilities, strategic innovation and management methods and tools, can objectively and effectively manage innovative transformations. |
