The nature of the work was changed by several reasons as the development of the technology, the agressive abuse of the information and, aslo by the improvement of the management systems. All of us is affected by the stress, especially under the economy conditions. So we realised a experimental research to study the work stress's determinants and it's way of manifestation. The population of study consisted of 35 employees who works at SRL “Daac System Integrator”, ages between 24-46 years old, and these results is presented in the following article “The influnce of personality treasures to the type of reaction under the situations of ocupational stress”. The main premise of this research is that the personality treasures have an important role in explaining the interindividual differences of the typ of reactions at stressed requestes of our life and profesional activity.
