Personality traits play an important role in adaptation capacity to stressful life and of judge’s work demands. The judge profession is one of the most stressful, being primarily determined by the work intensity, the nature of examined files and work motivation and satisfaction. The adaptation capacity in terms of permanent professional stress is positively influenced by the bio-psycho-social balance of the person, being as well determined by the temperamental type and, psycho-emotional
maturity etc. Personality profile of the magistrate includes emotional stability, critical thinking, cognitive and moral integrity, social awareness, ability in a constructively action in a constant psycho-emotional overload conditions, etc. The competences included in the profile must be understood as internal, intrapersonal conditions, of right, independent and impartial action of the magistrate. |
