The development of the society, the rush for immediate happiness, the aspirations for a life increasingly better, important social transformations are a creative source of values but also causes destructions of values – these facts increase the importance of knowing and educating values. Based on these assumptions, the purpose of our research is the study of contemporary adolescents values and compare results with previous studies on this subject. The research results indicate a shift towards a satisfactory existence in a small group in which to manifest respectable, mature but independent, rejecting values aimed at a person's social involvement.
