Rezumat

dimension of educational inclusion children with special needs in present is one of the most important problems of special pedagogy. Theoretical and methodological basis of educational including, of the children in their first years of life, especially for those with special educational requirement, is a very important and actual theme which represents also a scientific study. Actually investigations of this problem is determinate not only by theoretic considerate, but also is accentuated on practice one. Looking by extend of this investigation and the actuality of these theme, it is necessary to determinate theoretic and scientist basis of educational including and to elaborate psycho-pedagogical methodic to efficient this program. To have good results in including process, it is necessary to eliminate the social repulse and refuse opposite the children with special educational requirement, using specific methodic in resolving this problem. It is important to mention that in educational practice in Republic of Moldova is created a situation where the problem of educational including, necessary conditions, educational technologies to support this children is not enough investigated. One of the important factors in including process of children with special educational requirement is to create a inclusive medium, to give suggestions about educational methodology for all children.
