It is well known that the evolution of the society raises new challenges for the researchers. Thus, the investigation of the professional stress and the ways of coping with, is one of the most important problems of the modern psychology. In this respect, we are willing to approach the effects of the professional sress in two combined ways: an inventarial way and a correlational one. We will mention the effects generated by the professional stress, breaking them into several grups according to some general aspects. |
