Rezumat

This article present analyze of the problem of professional burnout and the results of the research. The phenomena “professional burnout” more often is manifested in group of doctors who have length of service less then 15 years, with symptoms of downtrodden, professional duties reduced, deviation and extenuation. Percentage analyze demonstrated that doctors with length of service more then 15 years are much more predispose to avoid unsuccessful and we could conclude on bigger number of doctors targeted to risk. Doctors with length of service more then 15 years probably have afective-volitiv profile and are characterized with higher confrontation capacities under stress situation – monitoring of affectiveness. Doctors with length of service less then 15 years are in the difficult period of adaptation for work conditions under extreme situations.
