Rezumat

Given article is dedicated to the study of the of parent’s attitude specificity to the child of junior school age. The author makes a periodical analysis that allows him to conclusion that different psychological schools, studying parent’s attitudes, point out their duality. By its nature, parent’s attitude is ambivalent and incorporates two contrary moments: absolute and conditional (M.Campbell, C.Rogers, R.Dreikurs,). The author of the article distinguishes the Russian psychologist’s opinion, of E.O. Smirnova, that marks these two bases as objective (partial) and personal (integral). Objective and personal bases, by the opinion of E.O. Smirnova, are characteristic to each type of parent’s attitude and they may be considered as structural components. It was put forward the assumption by the author that in parent’s attitude to the child, the objective basis is dominant over the personal one. The research was carried out with children from the 1st to the 4th grade and their parents-160 persons. The results of this research are described in the experimental part of the article. These results convincingly proved that for parent’s attitude is characteristic as objective, so and personal basis. The assumption that in parent’s attitude to children of junior school age personal basis is replaced by the dominant objective one was totally confirmed. Till the end of the 4th grade in the parent’s attitude structure the objective basis is dominant over the personal one: 28% personal, 72% objective. Correlation analysis revealed that personal and objective bases are in a reverse dependence to each other (-0,92, P<0,01), that means that the increasing of one basis leads to the diminution of another.
