Rezumat

This article briefly describes the review of principles and strategy of developing bilingualism at children in mixed communicative environment. The spontaneous process of assimilating two languages does not promote effective development of bilingualism. For children from mixed communicative environment require the special program of formation bilingualism. This article submits the methods and techniques of assimilating the second language in the context of bilingualism development in children's age.
