A lot of works were dedicated to study the leadership problem from psychology point of view. There are still necessary some studies upon leadership problem as there is no univocal explication of the efficient leader concept and this problem is a divergent one. In this study were established personality’s particularities of contemporaneous efficient leader students. In conclusion were settled features of personality as: self-confidence, tendency to dominate, high level of emotional and behavior control, will-power that determines efficiency of contemporaneous student leader.
