This article examines the essential aspects of managing the performance of civil servants in a context marked by the introduction of new management techniques, the adaptation of public administration to the new requirements of good governance. Under these conditions, productivity, competitiveness, performance depend on the importance given to human potential, the quality of services and the quality of the business process. Reflection on this topic focuses on the experience of managing the performance of civil servants in the Republic of Moldova. |
