Rezumat

The article presents the results of testing Jersey breed cows by blood groups. The aim of our research was to study the antigenic composition of red blood cells at cattle of the Jersey breed of Danish selection. According to the AEB-locus, there is a high frequency of occurrence of antigens G2 (0.4444), G3 (0.8000), O2 (0.6222), T2 (0.5111), Y22 (0.5333), G″ (0.5333). According to the AEC-locus, it should be noted a high frequency of occurrence of the W antigen (0.9333), which is also observed in the studies of Bukataru (0.8040), perhaps this is typical to Jersey breed cattle. The saturation of antigenic factors in the analyzed population of Jersey cattle averaged 36.2%. In the allele pool of the AEB-locus of the assessed population of Jersey cows, 33 alleles were identified. The main specific weight in the structure of the allele pool is occupied by the alleles B2O1, G2O1T1, G2D ′, G3O1T1, and Y2Gʺ. For the analyzed population of Jersey breed animals, alleles G2D'I ', G3O1T1, G3O1T1I', G3T1 are specific. The homozygosis coefficient (Ca) was 6.7%, which indicates a fairly high heterozygosity and variability of the analyzed population.
