We studied the quality of the biomass (green mass and straw) of crops: barley (cv. Excelent and cv. Ionel), rye (cv. Zâmbreni 70), triticale (cv. Ingen 40) and wheat (cv. Moldova 614). It has been determined that the dry matter of harvested green mass of the studied crops contained 78-119 g/kg CP, 309-399 g/kg CF, 71-79 g/kg CA, 576-691 g/kg NDF, 334-422 g/kg ADF, 29-40 g/kg ADL, 296-382 g/kg Cel, 242-275 g/kg HC, 79-226 g/kg TSS, 52.2-64.2% DDM, 46.3-64.2% ODM, RFV = 76-102, 11.16-12.38 MJ/kg DE, 9.16-10.16 MJ/kg ME and 5.18-6.19 MJ/kg NEl. We found that the green mass substrates for anaerobic digestion, have C/N=27-41, optimal amount of lignin and hemicelluloses, the biochemical methane potential of studied substrates varied from 338 to 361 l/kg ODM. The biochemical composition of straw: 12-45 g/kg CP, 486-592 g/kg CF, 45-59 g/kg CA, 758-911 g/kg NDF, 483-608 g/kg ADF, 6.4-8.2 g/kg ADL, 419-526 g/kg Cel, 263-283g/kg HC. The studied crops and cultivas have optimal quality as fodder for animals and as substrate for the production of renewable energy. |
