The article presents approaches and technology for certification as a method of evaluation of librarians . It is given an analysis of the certification of employees of the university library, defined goals and objectives, and as well as the principles on which the certification process is built. It is estimated the professionalization of employees of Scientific Library Alecu Russo Balti State University. |
