В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования компонентов профессиональной компетентности практических психологов: мотивационно-волевой, коммуникативный, рефлексивный, их представленность и взаимосвязь. Было установлено, что принявшие в исследовании участие практические психологи из Республики Молдова уделяют значительное внимание саморазвитию, углублены в самораскрытие интрапсихических процессов и показывают большую удовлетворенность своими достижениями в прошлом, состоянием в настоящем и целеполаганием в будущем.

Articolul prezintă rezultatele unui studiu experimental al componentelor profesionale ale psihologilor practicieni: motivațional-volitive, comunicative, reflexive, reprezentarea și corelația acestora. S-a constatat că psihologii practicieni din Republica Moldova, participanți la studiu, acordă o atenție considerabilă dezvoltării personale, se concentrează pe auto-dezvăluirea proceselor intrapsihice și demonstrează o mare satisfacție cu realizările lor din trecut, starea în prezent și stabilirea obiectivelor în viitor.

The article presents the results of an experimental study of the components of professional competence of practical psychologists: motivational-volitional, communicative, refl exive, their representation and relationship. It was found that the practical psychologists from the Republic of Moldova who took part in the study pay considerable attention to self-development, go deeper into self-disclosure of intrapsychic processes and show great satisfaction with their achievements in the past, the state in the present and goal-setting in the future.
