Article was drafted in the results of sociological research issues facing the insurance
healthcare. Were studied social behavior of people receiving care, their attitude towards personal
health, their view on the organization of the health care system, compared to concrete actions
provided health sector reform of the country and how it is received in the field reform. They also
have developed measures for enhancing the system of healthcare insurance in Moldova.
