| Rezumat | ||||||
In this article are examined some aspects regarding the implementation process. In
particular, the article is being focused upon two alternatives models of policy implementation
process: the top-down and bottom-up models. From a comparative view there are analyzed
variables witch explain policy success or failure as the involved actors, the interdependence
between them and the relationship between the central and local levels of government. Also there
are analyzed few attempts of combining these two models.
