Rezumat | |||||
The present study aims to examine some issues regarding the establishment of the good governance regime based on fundamental principles that should become a public trend in overcoming the pandemic crisis. Special attention is paid to conceptual delimitations (terms of governance, governance regime, „well-governed” and „well-administered”) and to the identification of the content of these terms. The idea is that the application of the principles of good governance must be based on the firm enforcement of the rule of law and ensuring equal access to justice for all citizens of the country. The conclusions of the study call for an adequate consideration of the complexity of the governance act at national level by defining a rigorous plan of action on good governance, based on strengthened measures to rehabilitate all spheres of social life, including health. |
