A condition for success in developing the partnership with the family and the community is the authority and the impeccable personal image of the teacher. Having authority means having personal power, respect, prestige acquired by the virtue of his qualities and talent. The personal image is the mental perception that society has about our person. Thus, personal authority and personal image become tools in developing school – family – community partnership. |
