The article describes the case of a girl of 15 who suffered from primary biliary cirrhosis. Following the onset of the disease when she was 13, it developed with an extrahepatic manifestation similar to the lupus syndrome. The first clinical symptoms were expressed as arthritis and recurrent fever, and rheumatism. Primary biliary cirrhosis was only confirmed by morpho-pathological methods after her death, which resulted from the progress of hepatic desease with the appearance of ictus and hepatocellular insufficiency.

Представлен редкий случай первичного билиарного цирроза, протекавший с волчаночным экстрапеченочным синдромом, у 15летней девочки. Первые клинические признаки заболевания были экстрапеченочными в виде полиартрита, рекурентной гипертермии, которые были расценены как ревматизм. Заболевание осложнилось прогрессирующей печеночной недостаточностью с летальным исходом. Диагноз был уточнен пост-мортем.
