Currently, management is seen as a science, an art of mobilizing intellectual, material and financial resources for the efficient functioning of an organization. In management, the organizational, technical, psychological and pedagogical aspects related to personnel management are combined in order to organize a consolidated team to achieve a desired goal. The quality of the education system is associated with a more complex consumption pattern. The consumers of the results of the educational process are both the students themselves and their families, employing businesses and, ultimately, society and the state as a whole. the term “educational paradigm” was set as reflecting the teacher's value system, the particularities of the content and technological support of the educational process, the sources and methods of setting objectives, the particularities of the relationship between participants in the educational process. |
