Rezumat

In the spring of 2015, the European region was hit by a migration crisis, due to the largest influx of migrants and refugees in the 21st century, caused by economic and political, social and national instability in the hot spots of the globe. Armed conflicts in Africa and the Middle East, the activities of terrorist groups, transnational terrorism, the population explosion. Social inequality in these regions has contributed to an active resettlement in European recovery. The active trend of intensification and changes in the nature and geography of migratory flows obliges the European Union authorities to make adjustments to the legal regulation of the migration policy of the regional integration association. Today, in fact, the migration crisis remains insurmountable and unresolved due to the problems associated with ensuring the social and legal stability of the European region, the security and life of EU citizens, and ensuring the protection of the rights of migrants and refugees.
