Taking into consideration the importance to ensure the quality of early education services, this article emphasizes the importance of developing the educators' emotional competencies regarded as professional competencies required for the enhancement of their professional activity. The desideratum of job performance and personal efficiency generate the need to develop the emotional culture of the educators since they are responsible for the emotional development of preschoolers. Anchored in the present and designing the future through the possible dimensions of personality, the educator shapes and molds the qualities of future generations. |
