Rezumat | ||||||
The present research investigated the usage of three different art techniques, namely painting, drawing and collage-making, within the therapeutical process. We presented two clinical cases, using a longitudinal approach. Participants were three females with ages between 19 and 62, involved in one-to-one counseling sessions, following cyberbullying traumatic experiences. We measured depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress symptoms across six weeks, using both standardized measures, as well as in-depth interviews, during the weekly therapeutical process. Results showed a significant decrease of negative symptoms, suggesting the therapeutical efficiency of art-therapy interventions in cyberbullying contexts. |
