The article addresses the problem of manifesting parenting in society, the quality of the parental role being realized by the contemporary family as a value dimension of social integration. The necessity of studying the given problem is determined by the phenomenon of the devaluation of the prestige of parenting and its consequences on the consciousness and behavior of the contemporary youth. The paper contains the analysis of the working status regarding the manifestation of parenting as an indicator of social integration. The paper also proposes a strategic plan focused on training young people for conscious and responsible parenting; elucidation of the potential of the school on the investigated dimension. |
